Niki is also the Senior Vice President and Public Policy Advisor with The Daschle Group, a Public Policy Advisory of Baker Donelson, and Of Counsel with Baker Donelson.
Niki has worked on health policy in D.C. for over a decade, helping clients understand the current landscape and representing their interests before Congress and the executive branch. She specializes in counseling clients on developing and implementing comprehensive, multidisciplinary government affairs strategies to resolve complex policy and legal issues, including translating issues for policy audiences, engaging allied stakeholders, and developing champions in the legislative and executive branches.
Niki’s clients have included think tanks, state governments, drug and device manufacturers, payers, pharmacies, providers and universities, and health care vendors and service providers. She frequently works on issues related to pharmaceutical cost and quality, biodefense, the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid funding, Medicare reimbursement, and congressional investigations. Niki also advises clients on a range of domestic policy issues, including appropriations and federal laws governing lobbying and ethics.
Prior to joining The Daschle Group, Niki spent six years as an Associate at DLA Piper. Niki received her B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University.
